Got Out of Control Growing Palm Trees?

I have four palm trees in my back yard. From that, the seeds constantly plant new palm trees in my back yard, which makes it time consuming to keep digging out. I have tried pouring rock salt on them. This has made a huge difference in out of control palm trees in my back yard.
