Proper Irrigation Tale of Terror

I started out my garden this year with a real complicated irrigation system involving timers, multiple hoses, and soaker hoses.

Unfortunetly, the pressure coming out of the spigot could not support the length of hose that was required to water the garden through drip irrigation.

So, this weekend, we got a large sprinkler that covers the entire area. It works much better and was much cheaper than what we initially spent. So, the moral of the story is that simpler is better with watering your garden.

I second that!

I did the same thing and I told my husband that I knew what I was doing! I was so wrong because the water pressure was not great enough. Sprinklers are the best, for sure!
