yardmachine 500 series

I just purched a yard machine 500 series with a bagger on it through amazon.com. It is 21 inch and 158 ccs and its looks very nice. I was also very easy to put together .

The only problem is since i got it i have not been able to get it to start i pull and pull and it never starts.I have tryed just about every thing i can think of to start it i even thought maby im just not strong enough to start it.

However my sons father came over to help and he barly got it started after a long while of trying. Of couse in the middle of mowing it cut off and he was gone and i could get it back going.

Well to sum it all up i ended up paying over two hundred dollars for a lawnmower that i cant use and my grass is very long. I guess next time maby i should just get a electric mower like i started to do .

However i do have a very nice looking lawnmower sitting in my yard that i try everyday to start.I did have a cheap one from walmart that started very easy with one or two pulls everytime but it finally gave out on me next time i will go back and get the cheap walmart one.

Has anyone got any ideas what could make this easier to start.I would be very happy to try any ideas you may have other than return it which i would if i had the box and stuff.
